I reckon Gil was hallucinating. I've been stuck in the house all weekend with a sore head, crawling skin & the ability to squit through the eye of a needle .

Not sure mate.One of those two was from Eryri.He was running,although didn't see lad on bike.Had my eye on Ifan to be honest,he is a good mtb rider and has had some very good fell results recently (eg.Arenig fawr)

Fairly so. Long year. In the last 10 weekends I've done 2 marathons, a 100k and the UTMB so feeling pretty dead in the legs. I was after 2:59 so just off my aim. Overall though I felt quite up for this and enjoyed the race and felt I ran a fairly good race, died a bit but still passed people from half way onwards.
