    I know, but 2:57 or 2:59 seems nothing..2:59 to 3:01 is a bit more critical.. :-)

    Happy enough, thinking of looking for a fast marathon at early 2010 to get a sub 3 out of the way. In reality with 2 sub 3:05 snowdonia's it should be a formality, but I just want that bench mark out of the way.. :-)

    Thanks Al,

    Hope you didn't get too wet in that hail storm. I managed to get across the finish line just as the heavens opened.

    No photo of me yet. I'll keep looking.

    Snowdon Marathon 2011

    I can only find a very old thread on this race so I've started a new one and the mods can add the other on to this....Ta Brett

    I'll be down there in two weeks, any one else going for it.

    Where are people staying, camping, B&B Or traveling down on the day.

    i'll be there, although woefully under prepared as it was a relatively last minute decision. finish will deffo be the target rather than any times.
    Ive got family in Beddgelert so stopping there

    11 days till snowdon

    I am running the snowdon marathon this year and would appreciate the views from the forum. How many runs should i do in the next couple of days ,and the distance /mileage i should aim run in next couple of days
