Silly Beer Tax - Petition

Following the coalitions latest ill thought out taxation scam : levying an additional 25% tax on beers with an ABV >7.5%. I am moved to ask my fellow beer loving fell runners to sign the petition below. Hopefully we can force a proper debate.
