    Dunham Massey 5K

    Thinking of doing this one Friday 25th May any of the Alty lads doing it ?

    What about any other forumites

    My first race for 5 years yesterday - thoroughly enjoyed it.

    Was only aiming for under 21 so well chuffed with 19:14. Looking for sub 18 by the end of 2007 now.

    Not quite, but not too far off (October it was). I had an ingrowing toenail for 2 months (still waiting for NHS referral!) before I had it removed privately, so only been training for about 2 months now.

    Good to see you back anyway The Heathens - keep up the training - you'll be back in the track team by the end of the summer the way it's going at the moment... Enjoy!

    enjoyed this one 9th in 16.43 not too bad will be back on the 15th to run quicker
