    hendon brook half and a bit!

    who's doing this, is anyone having a go? it's a nice 13.5 miler with a few steady climbs, honest!

    Go on then. Done it before and it's a toughie.
    Pulled my calf at Stackie fell race so fingers crossed it's not too bad.

    Excuses, excuses. I'll be there to try to resurrect my placing in the GP. Scally Boy Scouser says he'll give it a go, so that might be the first half mile before he drops out.

    Have you seen Ged,s ankle after Waugh,s, looks painful.
    Hope this calf problem is not serious, it's a good course this one.

    this was a nice but tough course, well for the people who turned up DS great running conditions and i even let Penguin and Pudgy have their day by letting them beat me about 7 records were set

    Gutted i missed it, injury mate. not worth the risk. Done it before in 1.32.
    Well done all. I believe DNF finished too.
