Pulled my calf at Stackie fell race so fingers crossed it's not too bad.
Excuses, excuses. I'll be there to try to resurrect my placing in the GP. Scally Boy Scouser says he'll give it a go, so that might be the first half mile before he drops out.

just come back from the British 3 peaks. Legs are a bit sore
this was a nice but tough course, well for the people who turned up DSabout 7 records were set
