Well, I liked it. It said something very few dog ( animal) lovers are brave enough to say. Think it through and perhaps come back with a mark 2?

Bog snorkel - check, flippers - check, inflatable buoyancy arm bands - check. That's the kit check done so I'm ready for the off...

Well that was err . . . mildly challenging, thanks very much for putting it on Andy and good to see an excellent turnout, weather could have been a lot worse all things considered.

    Top race!
Some difficulty seeing markers aside...because all effort was going into keeping your footing... I reckon every one had a great time...over 80 started, comprehensively proving me wrong!
The pelt out over the fields was like the charge of the light brigade...thundering hooves, spray and fume from heaving torsos, bodies bouncing off bodies all hurtling madly to our certain doom!
I don't recall any race where I have been so continuously unsure of my footing nor where I have had to make so much use of my hands for ascent.
    A winter Classic!!

Cracking little race, probably the steepest ascent I have done all year. Thanks to all concerned.

Great great race. Loved the descent, right up my street. Any results. Cheers all!

Thanks a lot. Quality both up and down. Shame about those getting lost.

Tis a perennial problem....good news is that now the fast boys know the route, should be a howler next year!
