Wondered if anyone else has a new pair of walshes which are simply falling apart. I think the glue must be the problem.
can they be sent back to Walsh? do walsh care about this kind of thing?
what do you think please anyone?

let the good times roll.
Why don't you just ring them and ask or contact whoever you bought them from?
i was given both of my pairs for presents, so will just ring them i suppose. i had innov8s before these, they wore through on both heals after 4 weeks, took them back to george fishers, who kept them for 3 months, then gave me them back saying innov8 would not do anything about it as the damage was down to natural wear. So my experience with shops and manufacturers aint to good.
will give walshes the benifit of the doubt and give them a bell.

Are they the fell or trail shoes? I've seen a few of the trail shoes recently with the sole separating from the upper at the toe. I'd find out where they were purchased and take them back to the shop, that's generally the best way to get this kind of thing sorted.
Edit: I see you had a bad experience taking shoes back to a shop... not all shops are like that and they should be able to resolve the matter one way or another in a couple of weeks.
Sorry if this sounds silly, but you don't wash them in hot water do you, some shoes have thermo-setting glue where the bond breaks when it gets hot.
Cause tramps like us, baby we were born to run
