Just bought 2 100% (apparently they're the best ?) merino wool base layers, from Mountain Equipment in Ilkley, for £19.99 each. They had 20% off everything today. Just when I thought I'd got an unbeatable bargain, the shop assistant told me that they were on "buy 1 get 1 free" at the weekend !! Cheers.
if theyre mountain equipment they probably will be the best. i have loads of there kit and its bomb proof and really well made.

I can't find a 'Mountain Equipment' shop in Ilkley.
I thought Mountain Equipment was a brand? A very good one indeed.
