The FRA Committee is considering producing a piece for the website/The Fellrunner clarifying its position on a number of aspects of Safety, its Rules and Equipment.

It will almost certainly start with emphasising that the basic FRA philosophy is for fellrunners to accept primary responsibility for their own safety ie binning beautiful buff but bearing boring black balaclava.

So for the next week or so any comments posted here will be looked at by someone on the FRA Committee.
