    Shame the Wormstones is now a weekend race in early June rather than an evening race in late July as previously. Was one of the best evening events I did last year.

    if such a traditional sport as fell running has to go all modern with metric, could we not have imperial measurments along side in the hand book (next yr) wouldnt take anymore room up im sure, best of both worlds n EVERY bodys happy. :thumbup:

    When eventually the penny drops and Cameron realises we are an island with no natural affinity with Europe and would be much better out of the festering cesspit, can we go back to imperial please.

    It's a bit like the recurring kit debate isn't it?? The metrification issue was raised at the AGM in 2010(?) and no-one spoke up....

    just turn u do the race you want run it and have a pint when fininshed, whether the race is metric imperial km's or mile's doesn't matter as long as you enjoy doing it that is all that matters...
