    Down Hill Only Race

    DOWN HILL ONLY RACE

    Saturday 14 January 2012 1pm start.

    VENUE: Howgills. Bottom of Carlinggill Beck. Start at top of Ling How. Grid Reference 623 997

    Registration at Carlinggill from 11.45.

    Order of registration will determine start position, 10 second interval starts from top.

    Kamikaze runners might take 5-6minutes, eyeballs out but with some control 7minutes, old gits 8-9 minutes

    Allow 20-30 minutes to get to start from car park area. Please car share as parking is limited.

    £1 entry fee for charity
