Forum Names

Is it time that we all started using our real names on the forum? I personally think it would be a shame. I use the WP name as tribute the the XC course that I enjoy setting up so often for races and anyone that wants to can know my identity.
It would be a shame to lose such stalwarts as Swoop, Mud, Derby Tup, Stagger.

But we are having these hidden attacks like forumite terrorists on some sort of vendetta and having to front up would perhaps get rid of this and bring some much wanted respect as Eleanor is seeking.

What do you think?

I think it would be a good move, but it you want to keep the alias that's fine, just add your name to your sig if you want.

There will always be trolls, however you tweak it. Perhaps bans,suspensions should be in order to get rid of some idiots who blatently troll a lot of threads?

My first instinct was to vote YES to WP's question, but Rob, yes I agree, good solution. Why should we lose Wharfeego, Derby Tup et al, just because some people choose to use anonymity in order to cause offence to the rest of us. WP, I tried to PM you but your box is full!

Can't see idiots like Keswick Krumble revealing their true identity, he/she seems content on being anonymous so they can post drivel. Not that i've never posted drivel myself, but anyone can see who i am, got photos on my profile, and the Lady Ga Ga thing is just a joke, i have a nicer bum than her

After some of the disputes i've had on here i'm happy to remain anonymous. However lots of people know my real name and what i look like etc. so i'll never be any more than about one degree separated so to speak.
