Oh all right it was yesterday, but I still felt too guilty to come clean until today. I've been trying to lose a bit of Xmas weight, & training harder as well. Not exactly dieting, but not eating junk between meals, & keeping off the sweeties. Yesterday morning I took the dog for a walk to the local shop to buy a paper. Snickers were 4 for £1.

I'm waiting for my winter camp when I take some left over Christmas chocolates and tend to work my way through them. Justify it to myself by saying my body's burning so many more calories in its fight against the cold! It needs All Gold.
