At what age does it become acceptable to have a mid-life crisis?

I'm 34 and I'm pretty sure I'm having a mid-life crisis!!

Buying things not too bad - it's other mid life shannanigins that gets you in hot water...............(so I'm told :-#)

It hit my ex at 30 and me at 32. Hmm...does that mean I'll self-destruct at 64? As a result of my mid-life crisis I travelled the world, now work for myself doing what makes me happy and started running so it ended up pretty well (went through a tough time to get here though).

I'm pretty sure I self destructed at 16 so I should glide through my 60's, although with the amount of Brandy I'm likely to consume I'll not know how old I am at that age

So long as yer don't do owt daft like 'angin' yerself you'll be alright.

Just accept it and you'll get through it...eventually.

Then you'll look back and think "What were that all about?"

Hmmmm.In my early 30s I started partying hard, heading out 3 or 4 nights a week, coming home at 5 and 6 am every weekend to my ever worrying wife.Then in my mid 30s I turned to hillwalking, long distance running, cut way back on booze, even gave up fags lately.Not sure which one is the mid life crisis...

No point wasting your time and energy on such thoughts. Just get on wi' it!
