Jon, did it still contain any good sustenance?? :thumbup: Can't think that any runners on Beatrix would be carrying a flask. Probably better off posting on a walkers' or an equestrians' website.

Hi mate, hope you're well! Yes I know, I have put it on Outdoorsmagic and UKC, but thought I may as well put it here as well. Yes there was some liquid (and frozen) contents which I guess means it couldn't of been there for more than a couple of days. I didn't have a sip though!
