Ooh, you'll be just in time for this...
(Triathlon no good for me - cant swim properly.)
Race was good - over 400 in it which surprised me! got 14th position - should've been about 8th but had nowt for the last mile when i was overtaken by about 5. My own fault for running along the coast path earlier in the day when my intended 30min easy run turned into a 60min very hilly one
