    If you can cope with the BOFRA courses you can do well in any of the short Cat A fra ones.

    Well I didn't say it worked backwards!

    You should have come... was a lot more runnable than Coniston, but still a tough one coming down all that loose rock.

    It is the only benefit of being a bit podgy at the mo - the momentum carries you away and if you do go flying you're well cushioned!

    Helm Hill is very much more runnable (ups and downs) Chris with easy (I use the term relative to Coniston), non-rocky descents!

    I should have gone. I'll go to Helm Hill depending on whether I can make arrangements for Oliver and Edward while JJ is on her jaunt to Dublin.
