Had a couple of valuations, but not putting it on the market with those agents (the usual, MMP & NL)till we are fully moved out, probably April sometime. Letting the locals know, we are 'open to offers' if they don't want to go through agents (and their 1.5% fee etc.). Then go on the market and advertise. Sure it would do you nicely - easy drive into work every day.
Don't roll with a pig in poo. You get covered in poo and the pig likes it.
I like it moley?? Don't think you've really sold the whole location to everyone though! It's close to the Elan valleys, Rhayader, where all those lovely grassy(sometimes wet!!) hills are. The scene for the OMM a couple of years ago. Overlooking some lovely lakes/dams, which you could go for a refreshing dip into, after a hard run out.
