Very likely Pike the last part of leg 2 was definately part of the route there was a checkpoint in the old mill just before the railway bridge near the finish.

Bit knackered today. Glad to rest! Felt a bit crap half way round due to not fuelling properly. Still a bloody good run with some great folk. All prep for the 2 crosses next sun. Huwski you're running it with me mate so I don't get lost x

Cracking day out yesterday. My legs are gradually seizing up today though! I've done quite a few of these LDWA things now and this Hebden Bridge one is the hardest yet for finding your way. It was quite fiddly and hard to follow from a proper map. I did the 2 crosses a couple of years ago and it's much simpler to follow. Nice route. You should enjoy it.

nice to see you yest. madeline! You were storming ahead with graham. We got lost at 2 points so should have stuck with you....our navigation was somewhat suspect at times.

    Not doing 2 crosses then?

Can't do events like that on consecutive weekends. Doing night orienteering instead - I can get lost quite easily then!!!

Oh dear, I will get lost if I try to go night orienteering next weekend. It's the Yorkshire Vets Cross Country next Sunday which I've entered (so assume I'll run!) Night O for the next 5 weeks after that - can't wait!
