Mow Cop Hill Race

Thank you to all involved for today's race, it was harder than I'd remembered, or was I feeling the aftermath of Pendle from yesterday? The Mow Cop ruin is an unusual feature, went back after the race for a closer look and wish I'd had some butties with me, cracking spot for a picnic. Good to see Tim(Truck) and his twin sister on marshalling duties. And the weather held out....beltin.

Glad you enjoyed it!! Bit boggy lol!! Tell all your fell running friends - the race has been going for 5 years now but 108 runners today was the most we've had. I guess it was a busy weekend with Pendle, Manchester marathon etc
