Thicky that I am I hadn't realised that I can run off my garmin running stats in a matter of seconds over what ever period I like. Doh!

    77,489 feet of elevation gain

    Re: Garmin Connect Reports

I am not getting many decent training runs in at the moment other than the daily trip to work and a couple of races. The pounding of pavements is currently killing my knees and the lack of hills will kill my legs when I do manage to run somewhere hilly.

    38 Runs - 244 miles - 5100 ft - 31:57 hours
    44 Bikes - 297 miles - 5600 ft - 23:07 hours

No. of activities is perhaps slightly misleading as, for example, when I go to my local Parkrun I tend to clock the 3 mile run there, the 3 miles back and the actual Parkrun inbetween as three separate activities, when they're more like one long one with a couple of breaks.

Log onto Garmin Connect and click on the tab 'Reports' it brings up a screen where you can tell it what you want the report to include and for what period.

Blimey...I've just discovered the Explore feature on Garmin Connect! If you ever wanted to stalk someone with a Garmin...this would be how to do it! :w00t:
