By your very narrow defination fell running cannot take place on dales, downs, lows, braes, sgurrs, bjergs, peaks, sierras, alps, 山脉, or any other name for wild country then?

Events such as the Kinder Trog will have to be reclassified as a trail race as the majority of the terrain is man-made trails.

It may be interesting if somebody from the Scottish community can give an unbiased explaination for the situation in that part of the country.
