    Introduction from new member,

Well I have been reading posts in the back ground for a while so thought I best join and introduce myself.

Relatively new to Fell/Hill running, been at it on and off for 5 years, Live near Moffat in Scotland, I may have raced against some of you in the Devils beef tub race, which is my biggest local race.

Originally from Derby before I escaped to the country, I see there are a few of you from Derbyshire on here. I run mostly in my local hills with my club Annan and District Athletic Club, usually with my two German Wire Hair pointer dogs.

Hope to help were I can and ask a few I hope not too daft questions.

Welcome Tahr. I'm a bit of a newbie myself and I usually excel at asking daft questions. Apparently, asking 'where are the lockers?' before a race falls in to this bracket...

Not to mention the showers! Mother's day was interesting on Sunday after the morning's fell race with bits of Yorkshire peat bog gently accumulating on mother's white carpet beneath my chair.

Thanks for the friendly welcome from you all, Lyn I wasn’t too far from you at the weekend, I was in Matlock, spent the weekend visiting family, it being mothering Sunday and all that, so no running, however I did take Monday off work to get my “weekend” long run in when I got back home.

Mr Brightside, Ay up me duck, alright youth?
