Now that I'm a Grandmaster, it appears I can do pretty much anything I like. So I'm going to start a few culls.
Minor misdemeanours will be dealt with by way of a "stupidity tax", but the for the majority it will simply mean being culled. The list so far is,
1) Anybody who queues for fuel
2) Anybody who walks around the office reading or sending texts or emails. You're allowed to use your phone as a phone whilst walking as long you don't piss me off.
3) Anybody called Jeremy Kyle
4) Anybody who smokes away from the smoking shed. First offence is a minor misdemeanour, 2nd offence or 1st offence of dropping the nub end is culled
5) Anybody who manages data by using spreadsheets
6) Anybody who comes up with a business process without actually consulting the people who need to follow the process
7) Anybody who names their children after a fruit.
8) Anybody who has ever served as part of an elected government (all parties)
9) Anybody who says things like "I want to talk around..." or "We need some blue sky thinking"
10) Anybody who irritates me.
Have I missed anyone??
