I tend to average 1h 30minutes per day, 6 days a week, sometimes it's a run sometimes part of it's gym work.. not including posty walk.. that's just a nice walk of 5 hours!
so monthly 7-9 hours per week.. 35-38 per month... ish!

This thread made me curious, and on checking garmin connect it seems I did 55hrs in June. that includes about an hour each week on dedicated to foam rollering/stretching at my 2 strength & conditioning sessions
During June I ran 24 times, did 8 strength & conditioning sessions, and 4 turbo sessions.
The following week, I did 66km running, 2 strength & conditioning sessions, 1 turbo (13:32hrs total)
then last week a recovery week - 3 runs, 2 walks in Lake District, 2 strength & conditioning sessions (12:14hrs total)
Back onto build sessions now...so far this week 3 runs and 1 strength & conditioning session (already done 5:17hrs)
There's no wonder I'm learning to power nap in the afternoons!!!
