Rhinog Horseshoe

Hi, Where can I find the route for the Rhinog Race, I'm a Lakes runner, missed the entry for the Langdale Horseshoe & am making my way down there, but would love to know the route before the day, so if any of you kind folk can give away the co-ordinates it would be much appreciated. Cheers

Doing flat road work down here,

Just did 10 x 400's down Brighton Prom then looked at a 'hill session' for thursday, up and down the steps on Brighton Prom so may give that a miss! - running past old blokes in mini skirts - a bit sureal!
