    Tissue moving around achillies

    Hi,

I recently "hurt" the back of my lower leg... I'm not sure when but I have just started on track and think the intensity did something. The problem is that when I extend over my foot i.e uphills and stairs Something pops. Upon further investigation there seems to be something moving just around infront of the tendon when it presses up against other parts of the leg. It's not particularly painful and completely goes away when I'm warmed up but I think the tissue still moves around. It is slightly visible (only the movement). There isn't any inflammation.
Anyone else had something like this happen?

    Thanks

Which tendon? Back of knee or ankle? Which movements bring on the "pop"?

Oh, it's just above the ankle. Slightly infront of the achillies. Not too sure what tissue would be infront of it though. Almost the indent beside the achillies and the ankle.
