I'd guess it's because they've set off for Wasdale, where they won;t have internet access to pick up any changes. I know people who've changed partner at registration before - the organisers no longer allow changes of course but have allowed changes of partner so I'd guess it's OK.
Sorted now thanks. SI Entries closed for edits at midnight but the organiser very kindly emailed me just now to say he has changed the entry names and class as requested. Excited now!
