Seeing as I'm a lazy b*****d (this is evident in my training and racing) and can't be bothered googling what date is this?

Thanks, but will be giving it a miss, struggling to run on tarmac at the moment due to injuries so hitting the hills this soon is out!

    Cheers anyway!

    One possible set of directions

From the M62 go to the M6.

North on M6 to junction 26

    COme off at Junction 26

Follow signs for Orrell. Theres a funny arrangement of roundabouts.
(R at first roundabout, L at second round about)

At top of hill there is a set of lights turn L onto A577

Follow this road you'll go through a cross roads keep going straight on towards Skemesdale and Upholland.

The road eventually reaches two mini roundabouts at the top of the hill. Turn R at the one signed Beacon Park.

Follow this road you'll pass a golf course entrance on your L and the pub is somewhere after this.

Another alternative would be to go up the m61 which is shorter but I've not got time to right down the route it starts getting complicated. Its just as quick on the motorway too.

    Hope that helps.

Not sure if I'm doing it my foot still hurts if I don't race I'll come and torment everyone i mean give encouragement on my pushbike instead
