Body Fortress Whey Protien is good value, and Holland and Barratt often run promotions on such stuff.

I use the Holland & Barrett stuff as well, after races and hard training sessions... I do think it makes a difference to recovery and muscle building, but that could just be my imagination...

I've used the Goodness Shakes mix (do they count?) but lately the Natures Best all-in-one formula. No idea if it does any good, but it's an efficient placebo if not!

Graeme Obree on Panorama was the funniest. Just one question Grouse: did you use an application device?
