    yeh its a good line up theres a few names like rob jebb missing but its still a class field, robbie simpson and james kevan should be no probs to you tom

    I think leo harvey is a good aim for me. He ran 1.5 mins quicker at Stacksteads last year and im a much better runner now. It would be nice to catch floater on a bad day

    Leo's running pretty well at the moment. Especially his descending.

    Another British Champs win for Swinbo..

    Hopes, 2nd and 3rd, Tom Owens 4th, Tim Davies 5th. Clair Whitehead 1st, Emma Clayton 2nd, Fiona Maxwell 3rd.

    Cracking little race, well organised and the race seemed to cope well with it being a champs race, although it was a smaller than usual field.
