The stretches seem to be working. Legs felt a bit stiff and heavy but I haven't run for a week and spent al day yesterday nearly travelling to and back from Surrey.
However, the hip/thigh pain was nowhere near as much as it has been recently, so it's a big thumbs up to the NHS physios from me!

If you 'enjoy' the tennis ball busting then you should have a good look at mobilitywod.com and then get a copy of the trigger point therapy workbook (it's on amazon). They both hurt, in a good way, and seem to either take care of niggles or sort out the underlying problem.

Not sure 'enjoy' would be the word but you get the feeling its doing something positive. Cheers- will have a look at the site and workbook.
