Nearly time for this one. Anyone know if there are any changes to the route near the finish due to the private land issue at the end of the lane? Low carbon impact from me for this race, I can run over to Loveclough (warm up) and then run home after (warm down), nice 13 mile training/race session - better not have a couple of post race pints!

a pint or two will fuel you along nicely at least you won't get pulled over on the way home for drunken running??

Ady, I know there's a lot of 'architecture' on the hill but I think you'll find it's the Golf Ball race, not 'Ball's'.

I'm doing the race even though it's not on my list of favourites.
