Excellent, thanks for the reply's everyone. I managed to whip up a decent meal last night of Jerk Chicken, with roasted sweet potatoe, courget and onion and then two large flat mushrooms with chopped tomatoes on top, topped with mozzarella and grilled. it was rather nice!!

A nice real ale and a bag of plain sea brooks crisps (to replace lost salt, donchaknow) always works a treat for me - a nice pint of goose-eye, anyone?

Leroy you know me but I don't know you????? venison!!!!!:w00t: if I eat any more I will grow antlers. Margarine don’t tell Grouse but I have just put a brace of Grouse in my freezer, now I just have to find a good recipe for it. I once read that game meat has certain amino acids that are not found in farmed meat.

Mind you I have Mars milk shake and Thornton’s chocolate for after tomorrows Merrick race, 35p a carton for the milk shake and a pound for the finest chocolate from the discount shop in Lockerbie How can you go wrong?

Dangerously on-topic here, but if you have nothing at all it'll result in fat burning.
