My friend is sponsoring the junior race ,the owner of a pest control company,hence the name this year ,the rat run ! I think he is dressing up as a rat

I'm doing the Withens race ,not dressed up as a rat

Quite tempted by Withins as the 1996 race was my first fell race after moving to Leeds the previous year. Not done it since for various reasons but here's hoping for this year

We usually call in at the Boltmakers Arms in Keighley before getting the train back to Leeds ,oh, and probably the Cricketers too !
