Petzl ADAPT system

It allows you to put your headtorch a clip for use with a jacket, belt, back pack shoulder strap, etc

Yeah but which head torch is the ADAPT system best to be used with....

I've got a tikka XP so I'll use it with that.

There's no way on earth I'm buying another to add to the 3 I bought last year!!

I think you need a tikka XP ADAPT to use that system, its getting very confusing all these different versions.

No I think you can just use a normal tikka Xp with it, as the light clips off the headband

I see how it works now, you need the ADAPT TIKKA if you've already got an XP is that right?

I've just ordered one from the climbers shop ambleside.

See if I can get some use out of my Tikka XP, even if it's just to use on my bike helmet.

I'm looking a for a headtorch and don't want to spend more than £20 or so to use in forests...any ideas

Not sure there Mick, I ended up buying 3 headtorches last year as I didn't want to spend a lot on one.
