Hi Jack, gotta be back in Hull by 7pm on pain of death, we were thinking quick trot round leg 1 or the hilly bits of 2 plus Steel Fell for a good training day. You'd be most welcome. We had a good run on Saturday, I made the mistake of dressing for the weather we had just before Xmas and was too warm most of the day (Blencathra excepted!).

Me and another lad are out for a steady trot tomorrow if anyone's fancies company, prob do dunmail to raise and back with the weather but we're easy.
Was a few out over leg 2 today and followed a pair up steel fell late on so hope they got down ok. Was talking to a young lady from ambleside at dunmail when we got down and she was looking at conditions for an attempt tonight after an aborted attempt last last night!! Inspiring stuff. Any how roads and fells were ok today if anyone's looking at going over tomorrow
