    Natural foods to reduce fat

    High fat and cholesterol level is a dangerous sign for our heart health and function. An increased cholesterol level can cause the heart attack and many other blood pressure related issues. I am listing here some natural foods that are good to reduce the overall body fat and cholesterol level...

    • Garlic (Best food to reduce cholesterol level quickly)
    • Ginger (Reduces fat and cholesterol)
    • Lemon (Reducing overall body fat level and good for fitness)
    • Orange (Good for blood pressure problems, keeps fat level in control)
    • Grapefruit (its the fastest fat burning food)
    • Psyllium Husk (reduces cholesterol and normalizes blood pressure)

    Glenn, you missed three or four other good sources of essential elements etc. They might not be the very best 'fat-busters' but they well proven in fell running circles

    Hoppy ale (fabulous anti-inflammatory re-hydration drink)
    Crisps (high carbs and essential electrolytes)
    Chip butties (made from potatoes and wheat, which grow in the soil. What's more natural than that?)
    Gravy (highly complex and nutritious liquid goodness and much tastier than some more more sports supplements)
    Poacher turned game-keeper
