Supplements - Ligament damage

Can anyone recommend (with more than anecdotal evidence) what vitamens/supplements can aid ligaments repair?

Protein and minerals may be good, and for that meat is the best source for high protein that may be useful in repairing your whole body muscles including any inside damages. I am not an expert but I think protein is the best thing for any damage ..

I would argue that hemp-seed is an even better source of protein. It's about 30% protein (65% Edestin, 35% Albumin).
