Any ideas on decent boosters? During the past few months I've had tonsillitis, stomach bugs (x2), colds, conjunctivitis and my back has been killing me. Running now stopped but I want to start again soon as I am booked in for the Isle of Wight 13 mile fell race in late September. I've taken Vit c and zinc supplements and something called Elagen in the past but would welcome any other suggestions from you bunch. Cheers.
