She appologises for missing some of the front runners at the start as she went to far up the Garburn Trail. Had to leg it down when they shot of to the right !!!
She is going to complain that there was no marker !

Glad i did this one today.
After waking up to horrendous rain, we raced in flag-cracking sun!
Geoff B made a very good pacer all the way to Yoke, and then flew past me like a man on a mission after High Street.
Really good run there Geoff, first V50 and so high up the field is amazing....and ofcourse another good run from Dazh.
As predicted the cramp started hitting me as soon as we hit the road/track but hey ho.
Nice relaxed atmosphere in the field before and afterwards and i think i could have laid in the grass for hours.

Trying to plod up hills every day slightly faster than the day before
No cant remember his name.
No big names out, but at the presentation pete bland said he's usually running for england at snowdon but since he didnt get picked he did kentmere instead.
