This is a bit out of this thread I know but plenty of us cross train on push bikes and I didn't want it to disappear in the 'other races' threads

Here's a link to an e-petition, to include cyclist awareness in the driving test. Seems a no brainer to me, I was surprised that it isn't in already but there you go.

I've been knocked off my bike in broad daylight, wearing bright yellow gear and whilst in a cycle lane! Guess what the driver said to me?!

Have a look at the petition, it's fairly short and uncontroversial, please sign it if you feel able.

I was run over by a taxi couple year back. Lights, reflectors jacket etc. Didnt see me as he turned the corner on wrong side of the road. Tried to drive off but my bike was under his wheel. Gurss what? Police genuinly woulnt take a statement!!
