I'm frustratingly injured 'again.'
To be honest i'd be going down to the club and doing some proper, structured, high intensity interval training etc and it seemed to be working - I was gearing up for a decent National (for me) but there is a fine line isn't there and once again I have crossed it.
I've now fully accepted and am comfortable with the fact that i've now slipped right down through the fields and have made a pact with myself once and for all that when i'm running again all I'm going to demand of myself is the necessary fitness to enjoy running and doing a bit of low key racing.
