    Grossglockner berglauf

OK apologies for another german race thread..

    Anyone done this?

How much is road, also does it fill up? Looks a classic, mid July.

Any views on it. Think I may target this over Wyddfa this year.

It was the euro champs several years ago. 2007 if I remember right. Not much road at all. First part and very short. The problem with this race is you can distracted by the amazing views.

Will be a hell of a lot of road if you are doing it from Germany.
    The Grossglockner is in Austria!

I did think that myself, but presumed he meant Austria!

In addition to what I posted above, the race attracts a good field, fast front end and plenty in the middle. Good drinks stations on route and finishes up the steepest 800m climb you will come across.

Sorry.. I was getting confused with Zugspitze.. I'm aiming for both as they look good races, but need to see.
