Well done on the win yesterday - I think we was all suffering from the dry mouth syndrome.

It was a brilliant course. Lovelly area. I've ridden Mtb a bit in the area with a mate of mine from Llantysilio.
Was anybody else's mouth dry "like a cats nest" (old welsh saying) all the way round??
Happy with the win though, well chuffed, and got a nike sports bag and a lovelly dinner set, excellent day.
Nice to see Pete Douglas and Al Tye out there as allways.

Thanks for the photos Al, although the grimace on my face descending reminded me a bit too graphically of how I was feeling by that time. Great race, great beer. Thanks to the organisers, & respect to everyone who got round.
