    Late PB Round

    HI,

I've just been given my fixture list, and with other races the only weekend I'm free is the 11th of August.

Is this unusually late for a round?

I'm concerned about the increased hours of darkness, but also bracken growth, especially getting up to Bryn banog etc.

However the weather at the moment is so bad it seems sensible to wait, my toes are also not too good, so it's an outside chance.

I don't think I'm fit enough this year, but I've never even attempted a round so I think even if I can't do it this year a serious attempt will be beneficial for net year.

At the moment I'm thinking of a 10:30 start at Capel, having Drakness from Yr Aran to Llyn Y Cwn.

    Cheers

    Iain

august isn't a great month for doing these things, but why not give it ago anyway?

def give your toes time to recover or you won't be able to run downhill. I may be able to help, but depends on family commitments.
