Nice little trot out on Sunday. 29th out of 361. Didn't feel as if I ran particularly well. Unlike my son who came 3rd in the 11-15 race. He got a shiny medal & I got a mug which I managed to smash an hour later ! The blow was softened by some quality ale from Cropton Brewery.
