    After a few name changes, The Steam Bunny 2013 Challenge seems to have settled on this. It's suitably cryptic and I should leave it to the Clerk of the Course/Chef de Mission Toffer to spill the beans on the frighteningly awful prospect that awaits us!
    Safe to say, it involves many mountains, an ENTIRE country, takes 6 days and includes lots of ........ Cycling!

    6.00-6.30 Cycle to Betws Y Coed. Nosh.

    Friday.
    8.00-10.30 Cycle Betws to Moel Fammau
    10.30 - 11.30 Run up Moel Fammau
    11.30 - 1.00 Cycle to Llandrillo
    1.00-2.00 Lunch
    2.00-3.30 Run Cader Berwyn/Moel Sych to Pistyll Rhaedyr
    3.30-4.30 Cycle to Cwm Fedw. Nosh/drink

    Saturday.
    7.00-9.30 Cycle to Cwm Cywarch
    9.30-12.00 Run Aran Fawddwy
    12.00-12.30 Cycle to Dinas Mawddwy
    12.30-1.30 Lunch
    1.30-4.30 Cycle 35 miles to Nant Y Moch
