Helwith Bridge Duathlon on Sunday 13th October. Thanks to Trevor (who did the Tour of Britain cycle timings) this race is now chip timed!!
If not entering or doing something else, please come and support me by marshalling. The charity this year is Medequipe4kids. All marshals have a choice for petrol money or any meal and drink post the race at Helwith Bridge Hotel, by the start/transition/finish! Race organised by VLA Events - i.e. Me :thumbup:
