Was planning to walk from Hebden to Haworth on Saturday with the boss and I thought hmmmmm, might just be able to squeeze this Oakworth Haul in before walking back?
Is there a beer tent/good ale pub nearby? Any info appreciated.

Eh up Clive, I'm coming across from Leeds to do it. I'm sure we can source some real ale nearbyGood pub,but it is in Keighley town centre,called the Boltmakers Arms.

I've heard reports that both pubs at Stanbury are Top of the Pops!
Maybe somewhere local if there is anything, as Stanbury takes you further away from your train at Keighley and Keighley takes us further away from our walk back to Hebden!
It would be good to meet up for a few ales though.

We walked back via Haworth, saw someone we knew in Haworth so stopped by the Black Bull, and it's true, the quality of ale is good!
Walked home, saw a beautiful little owl followed a few minutes later by a short-eared owl. Excellent. Arrived home about 2200 absolutely knackered!

We had a good session in Keighley,got home about 2300.
I'm gonna do Widdop next Wednesday,probably have a walk around Hardcastle Crags as well in the afternoon.
